Set over three floors our serviced offices within the Business Centre at Queens Gate provide a variety of sized offices accommodating anything from one person up to 10 plus, on a flexible short term lease. Larger offices are available on request.

Serviced office occupiers have the choice of connecting to the phone system within the Queens Gate Business Centre, OR, if they prefer can be independent with their own phone lines.

Conference and meeting room facilities and digital photocopying is also available to serviced office occupiers in the Queens Gate Business Centre by separate negotiation.

Serviced Office Rates
Queens Gate Birmingham is different from other business centres, we DO NOT base our price on the number of work stations in each office. Each office suite is individually priced, you decide on how many work stations you want in the room. As an example, our smallest rooms are priced at £595 + VAT per month, they are ideal for two or three people, if you want to accommodate four or five (five in a room of this size may be a little uncomfortable) in the office we will provide the desks at no extra cost.
